What are you hours of operation?

  • Our Melbourne location is open Monday- Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
  • Our Merritt Island location is open Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-4pm

 

Where are you located?

  • In Melbourne, we are located off 192 and Minton Rd. We are just behind the Bank of America on Meadowlane Ave. If you are heading East on 192 then you will turn right at the traffic light directly after you pass Minton Rd and if you are heading West you will turn left at the traffic light just before Minton Rd.  If you are heading south on Wickham Rd (before it turns into Minton Rd) then you will take a left at the light at 192 and then a right at the next light. If you are heading north on Minton Rd (before it turns into Wickham Rd) then you will turn right at the light at 192 and then another right at the next light. We are located on the West side of the road.
  • In Merritt Island, we are located on South Courtenay Pkwy 2 blocks south of 520 and across from TJ MAX.

 

How can I care for my arrangement?

  • Each arrangement should come with care instructions on the back of the card or a care tag.
  • If you have any questions concerning the care and handling of your gift, please feel free to give us a quick call or email and ask us the best way to care for your arrangement.
  • Fresh flowers prefer to be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight.  Please do Not place your fresh flowers on top of a television, refrigerator, electrical device or in the path of  A/C or Heating vents.
  • Add fresh water daily.
  • To improve the longevity of flowers arranged in vases, re-cut their stems every 2nd or 3rd day.

 

How will I know my delivered arrangement got there and will I get a delivery confirmation?

  • If you have provided us with your email address you will automatically get a delivery confirmation once the driver returns from his route and marks the ordered delivered.
  • If you have not provided us with an email address, just give us a quick call and we will gladly let you know the status of your delivery.

 

Where do you deliver to?

  • You can see all of our delivery information listed in “Delivery Info”
  • You may also call us to see if we deliver to a specific area
  • We deliver all over Brevard County, with and some areas of Titusville.

 

Can I have my arrangement delivered by a specific time?

  • If your arrangement is for a funeral we contact the funeral home/church and deliver at the time they request.
  • If your arrangement is going to a business we make sure it gets delivered during normal business hours.
  • We offer Special and Express time deliveries for an additional fee.  These deliveries are in 2 and 4 hour windows.
  • Same day Special and Express time deliveries are based on availability.

 

Do you make substitutions?

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitutions are occasionally necessary based on product availability.
  • When substituting we will focus on the color and style of the design to make product selections.  Flower substitutions are always of equal or greater value.
  • If you have a favorite style, container or color we are happy to customize any arrangement.
  • We do not substitute roses for another flower, we may select another color of rose that compliments the design.
