BENEFITS OF PETAL POINTS FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue Petal Points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order.  Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.  You can easily earn points for certain actions you take on the site, such as making a purchase.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Points will be added to your reward balance after you take certain activities.  For example, every time you purchase you will earn points based on the price of products purchase.  

Each $100.00 spent for your order will earn 1 Petal Point.

HOW TO SPEND POINTS

You can use points in your reward balance as a discount for your future purchases at our store.  Please note that redeeming for cash is not allowed.  For more information, please see our Reward Policy.

Each 100 Petal Points can be redeemed for $1.00

REWARD POLICY

PETAL POINTS EXCHANGE RATE

The value of Petal Points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to an exchange rate of Petal Points earned to currency for spending on future purchases.

REDEEM PETAL POINTS

You can redeem your Petal Points at check out.  If you accumulate enough Petal Points to redeem them you will have the option of using Petal Points as one of the payment methods.  The option to use Petal Points as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout.  Redeemable Petal Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

MINIMUMS AND MAXIMUMS

Petal points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption.  If this option is selected, you will not be able to use your Petal Points until you accrue a minimum number at which they will become available for redemption. Petal Points may also be capped at the maximum value of Petal Points which can be accrued.  If this option is selected you will need to redeem your account before you are able to earn more Petal Points.

MANAGE YOUR PETAL POINTS

You have the ability to view and manage your Petal Points through your Customer Account.  From your account you will be able to view your total Petal Points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum Petal Points limit and a cumulative history of Petal Points acquired, redeemed and lost.  The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for information purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding Petal Points, including expiration notifications

PETAL POINTS EXPIRATION

Petal Points can be set to expire.  Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.

Note:

Points can be used as store credit in our system only.  Redeeming to cash is not allowed.

You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose Petal Points as well as point expiration notifications.  This option is found in the Petal Points section of the My Account area.
